| The North American Controller has Financial Management Oversight responsibilities for two plants located in South Hill Va (as primary base) and for the plant in Ensenada, Mexico; with related reporting functions concerning cash management, inventory controls, M/E closings, postings to General ledgers, budgeting,etc. Qualifications include a financial/accounting degree and prior experience in a financial managerial role, preferably within a manufacturing plant environment. The individual should demonstrate a good accounting track record, and an understanding of and a competency in those team functions reporting to this position which include cost analysis, Financial Assistants, and the A/P, A/R positions in both plants. The North American Controller reports to the Executive Manager in each plant location. There will be occasional but limited travel involved. This is a high visibility responsibility in a fast paced environment. Relocation assistance available. |
