| Title: Automotive Quality Engineer |

| The Quality Engineer reports directly to the Quality Manager of this Tier 2 Automotive Supplier and will have responsibilities within the implementation of Quality Initiatives relating to IATF standards 16949, 2016; including corrective and preventive actions. The QE will work with customers regarding compliance, appropriate actions, monitoring of quality audits and related quality relationships. A good understanding of root cause analysis and failure mode evaluations will be important as well as helpful in leadership training and guidance of in-plant inspectors who will work with the Quality Engineer as assigned.
This position requires a BS degree in Quality or Engineering; and 2+ years experience in manufacturing is preferred. Automotive or textile background will be considered a plus.
