| The Plant Manager of this yarn dyeing factory can be a chemical or a textile engineer with 15 to 20 years experience, having managed a package dyeing facility-cheese dyeing. Will manage a complete team of managers & technicians. Responsibility will include reviewing the current system of production planning/management and making improvements/changes wherever necessary to Streamline systems, procedures and bottlenecks in processing; Implement online quality control systems and introduce proper quality inspection systems;
Creating proper communication between marketing and production departments; Bring up the percentage of dyed right first time in dye house to levels comparable to well run dye houses & bring down
the percentage of seconds to internationally acceptable norms. We expect a minimum commitment of 2 to 3 years engagement with the company.
