| Automotive parts manufacturer seeks someone with a Degree in accounting and at least five years experience in a sophisticated manufacturing environment with strong emphasis on cost. Will provide financial analysis and partner with the plant management team to drive improved performance. Leads in the cost and profitability analysis of major projects such as tooling, customer and part profitability. Ensures standard costs are accurately maintained and variance to standard are understood and addressed. Responsible to ensure adequate company and financial controls are in place at specific location. Works with the plant management team to deliver forecasts and annual budgets. Candidate must have strong analytical skills, understand financial and accounting practices and controls, and Interact well with other disciplines. Must have strong communication, supervisory, and computer skills, CPA, MBA a plus. |
