| This is a key corporate responsibility and includes oversight and leadership of all manufacturing operational engineering; which will include a team of approximately 18 engineers within the Process, Applications, and Product Development Engineering Groups. Qualifications for consideration would include a background and BS degree in engineering as well as leadership experience in Engineering Management roles.
Obviously we want someone technically strong but with the requisite key leadership, communication, engineering, and management skills for this position. The successful search for this Sr. Engineering Manager will likely come from present or prior tenure within the automotive manufacturing sector. Textile familiarity may be additionally helpful.
