| IN SHORT - We want someone who has a strong track record of accomplishment and a record of progressive responsibilities to and including the level of plant manager within a good sized, high speed manufacturing operation. That someone would be additionally promotable, possess a high energy level to accompany take charge, self directed efforts to effectively reach and surpass corporate goals . We want that "knotch above", high achiever with strong career focus.
FUNCTIONAL & MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include Manufacturing, Productivity, Quality, Safety, and Cost Control for all plant operations. Customer and Sales Responsiveness are key.
QUALIFICATIONS include at least a Four year degree with a preference for engineering graduates and 8 to 10 years’ progressive experience in a package related manufacturing environment. Career stability a strong consideration as well.
SKILLS NECESSARY include working knowledge of manufacturing components, automated equipment, logistics, sales, and customer service. Financial analysis and forecasting using computerized systems will be extremely helpful.
