| The plant manager for this dyeing & finishing knitted fabrics facility should be from the USA or Europe with a textile or chemical engineering degree & background who can function as Chief Operating Officer/General Manager of a factory with capacity of 55 tons per day. Functions include Managing a complete team of managers & technicians; Reviewing the current system of production planning & management and making improvements/changes wherever necessary; Streamlining systems, procedures and removing bottlenecks in processing; Implement online quality control systems and introducing proper quality inspection systems; Creating proper communication between marketing and production department; Bring up the percentage of dyed right first time in dye house to levels comparable to equivalent well run European dye houses and alternatively bringing down the percentage of second choice to internationally acceptable norms.
Work experience: Should have worked in a senior position in a knit fabric dyeing & finishing factory and should have a total of 15 to 20 years work experience. Candidates should consider a 2-3 year engagement with the company. Reports directly to Corporate CEO.
