Title: Key Account Manager, for Automotive Parts Manufacturer
Location: South East
Salary: Open to Qualifications
The key responsibility of this position is to further develop and foster positive relationships with the automotive manufacturing customer base. This is done by both internal and external communication and coordination regarding client orders and contacts. The Key Accounts Manager is the principal Client contact person, working closely with Project/Program Managers, Engineering, Sales, and Production teams to understand customer requirements regarding product launches, delivery, price discussions and issues regarding productivity, quality and change orders. The Key Accounts Manager also leads the Product Program Management team focus to drive quality, costs, & operations to meet client expectations. Desired Skills include a strong customer relationship focus; strong interpersonal and communication skills; negotiation abilities; and both a related Sales and Technical background and aptitude. Domestic and international travel will occasionally be necessary. A Bachelors degree and 4 to 6 years background in equivalent Sales, Marketing, and/or Program Management is a requirement.
