| Plant Human Resources Manager for a 150 employee manufacturing facility to manage the plant and office Human Resources functions and provide assistance, support and advice to Management, office and hourly employees within the scope of the Human Resources function.
This includes but is not limited to employment, wage and hour administration, benefits, Union labor and Contract, EEO, development of and administration of company policy, employment law, and government and company mandates. This position is also responsible for the Safety function of the facility to provide, advise and administer the Safety programs as per Federal, State and Local laws, and Union Contract mandates.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: HR responsibility in manufacturing and Safety, plus a 4 year degree, and 6+ years HR leadership is required. Prior career tenure stability important, and Union experience are definite pluses. Position open immediately for a pro-active, take charge, hit the ground running HR Manager.
Position is open immediately due to retirement and will be filled promptly. Relocation or ability to commute from near site necessary. |
