| Large manufacturer of consumable products seeking a Maintenance Manager for Fleet Operations. Position requires a BS Mechanical Engineering and 10 to 15 years of experience and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity handling the maintenance of a large fleet of vehicles.
No restrictions regarding nationality.
Basic Salary plus housing, insurance and other benefits. Primarily interested in candidates from the Middle East or Asia.
Summary Job Description:
1. Submitting Yearly Budget of all Workshops at all Branches including the Main Workshop
2. Planning, Maintaining, ensuring capital replacement for all assets available
3. Monitoring and controlling inventory levels of Spare Parts.
4. Developing and Training all employees with the Maintenance Function through internal or external courses
5. Specify and select vehicles and other equipment that meet or exceed efficiency and safety standards as stipulated by company norms and policies.
6. Develop and implement a comprehensive system for preventive Maintenance
7. Oversee all repairs and troubleshooting of the fleet (Heavy Diesel, Light Diesel and Petrol vehicles)
8. Oversee all repairs and troubleshooting of Display coolers / Chillers.
